Gradia Proof Sprint

Prove one workflow. Build what comes next.

Choose an important workflow you want to replace, improve or automate. AxiomConsulting.ai, a Gradia company, brings the architecture and hands-on engineering. We combine Gradia capabilities, other licensed tools, your existing systems and custom code.

Have a workspace? Open Console. New managed workspaces require an invitation.

Who it helps
Business and engineering owners with a painful workflow, a person who knows the work, authorized access and a clear decision to make.
Availability and scope
Scoping by enquiry. Scope, access, acceptance criteria, team availability and delivery timing are agreed in a private proposal. The broader Gradia Blocks catalog is in development; an engagement can use existing tools and custom engineering.

Hands-on delivery by AxiomConsulting.ai

Scope a Gradia Proof Sprint

A focused, assisted engagement. No Console account needed to start the conversation.

Delivered by AxiomConsulting.ai, a Gradia company. Tell us about one workflow and the outcome you need. We will agree on a bounded implementation, acceptance tests, access, timing, fees and expansion terms. Our team will prepare a private proposal after reviewing the workflow and readiness.

Bring
One workflow, the decision you face, a person who knows the work and a description of the evidence available.
Receive
A scoped proposal with deliverables, required inputs, supported checks, review responsibilities, timing and fees. Work begins after those are agreed.

What would make this workflow worth replacing?

A working alternative that meets agreed requirements, handles important exceptions and makes operational sense. Define the quality floor and the improvement to test before building. A successful demonstration does not by itself authorize migration or prove annual savings.

How the engagement works

  1. Choose and baseline

Agree on one workflow, its owner, current costs, representative cases and exceptions. Confirm access and permitted data use. Identify which existing costs could actually be retired.

  2. Design and implement

Axiom develops the architecture and working implementation using suitable reusable components, supported tools and custom code. Keep the test environment and cutover authority explicit.

  3. Verify together

Test the exact implementation against frozen acceptance criteria. Inspect failures, missing evidence, recovery behavior and operating costs. Use a reviewer separate from the implementation author and obtain customer acceptance.

  4. Decide on expansion

Review the implementation and business case. Agree on hosting or customer-environment delivery, migration, support and the next scope. Pilot credits and expansion terms are agreed before the sprint, rather than assumed afterwards.

What you leave with

A working, scoped implementation
The agreed capability, its configuration, integration boundaries and ownership terms. Supporting a complete enterprise application is a separate scope.
Evidence with its limits
Acceptance results, exact artifact/configuration identities, unresolved failures and a recovery plan. Gradia verification of Axiom-delivered work is first-party assurance; required external review remains separate.
An expansion decision
An estimated operating model, migration dependencies and a business case. Choose Gradia Hosted, implementation inside your environment, or another agreed model when the evidence and economics support it.

Illustrative example

A request should become completed work.

A customer submits feedback, it reaches a private inbox, an owner triages it on a board, and the resolution is recorded. Change the brand, terminology and approved features for each host. Test permissions, retries and state transitions across the whole workflow.

Planned reference workflow, not a completed customer deployment or an available block package. Customer requirements determine the actual sprint scope.

Before you start

How does a Proof Sprint start?
Start with one important workflow, a business owner and the outcome you need. Our team reviews the current systems, authorized access and acceptance criteria, then prepares a private proposal. Implementation, review and any production cutover have explicit scope and responsibilities.
Do we have to use only Gradia blocks?
No. Axiom uses Gradia capabilities where suitable, plus appropriately licensed tools, your current systems and custom engineering. The whole solution still needs integration and acceptance checks. You do not have to wait for the block catalog to be complete.
Can you deploy into our environment?
That is a delivery option to scope. Agree on infrastructure, access, data location, migration, operational ownership, updates and support before implementation. A sprint result does not automatically authorize production deployment.
How do you measure value?
Agree on accepted outcomes, quality, operating cost, reliability and human oversight for the selected scope. Include retained systems, infrastructure, migration and support. We assess the actual evidence before recommending expansion.
What can we use today?
Explore Gradia's existing evaluation tools and public evidence examples, or enquire about a scoped implementation engagement. Blocks, the contributor marketplace, broader agent interfaces, qualified Workers and Intelligence are being developed and are not a universal self-service offering.
