Install the desktop app once. For each approved capture scope, Console provides a receiver JSON configuration that binds the source, participant and device. The Console download is this permission file. Loading it leaves recording stopped until you choose Start.
Your first end-to-end test
Arrange a test build and installation with your Gradia pilot contact. Public customer installers will be listed here after signing and platform qualification. Local unsigned builds are for testing.
In your project, open Workflow Observer. Select the native application, participant, device, content mode and expiry. A workspace reviewer approves the exact scope.
Download the configuration for your approved participant and device in Console, then load that JSON file in the desktop app. It describes the permitted capture; it does not install the app or start recording.
Explicitly start a session in the approved window. Screenshots are optional: request each image, mask sensitive regions and review it before accepting. Stop the session when you finish.
Enable managed transfer with an administrator-registered receiver credential, or export the encrypted recording and import it in Console with its passphrase. Review captured content and case membership, then have the owner verify the exact history.
Propose the workflow, define its business rules and approve its evaluation rights. Compile the world, run a path and branch a recorded checkpoint. An agent attempt also needs approved model and spending controls.
Managed transfer is optional. Enable continuous batches before Start to keep recording the same approved window while up to three encrypted batches, totaling at most 50 MB, wait for upload. Permission must remain current within a fifteen-second authorization window. A full queue or unavailable permission pauses capture with a recorded coverage gap. An uncertain upload keeps the exact batch for retry; it never extends offline recording permission. Each launch leaves transfer off and capture stopped.
Screenshots need human inspection and masking. In Console, review the image first, then request an English text draft or transcribe it yourself. Correct and approve the exact text before building a new world that can expose it to an agent.
